What Is Leo?

Leo is an interactive help tool that helps you operate any supported software application.
Currently, Leo provides extensive help for Microsoft Office 2007 & 2010 (English Version), and sample (beta) help with dozens of answers for iTunes, Firefox and Facebook. In the near future, Leo will support many other applications.

For example, if you need to merge table cells in Word but don’t know how, simply ask Leo and Leo will do it for you. You can also ask Leo to guide you through the steps of this task.

Why Do I Need Leo?

Leo changes the way in which help is offered to application users.
All you need to do is type your question and Leo will find the answer – no long searches, no need to figure out the standard Help files, no sifting through videos on websites. Just a simple search from your own desktop.

Do It and Guide Me

Leo can work in one of two modes. It lets you choose the mode you are more comfortable with.
Do It:
Do It is like having a friend click for you, while you watch and learn.
Guide Me:
Guide Me is like having a private tutor sit next to you, telling you where to click.

Leo Is for Everyone

Whether you are a computer genius or a technophobe, Leo is there to help you with questions about those complex functions that everyone forgets how to do (ok, everyone except you…).

No Integration

Leo will not install any add-ons, plugins, or similar to any of your applications. All you need to do is download Leo and install it. We take care of the rest.
